The silky smooth flesh of the Aztec avocado was once thought of as an
aphrodisiac, and to eat one was quite scandalous. We’ve mingled the essence
of this forbidden fruit with notes of spruce and sea grass for an earthy but

and somewhat mysterious in origin, for most of us the sweet-yet-biting berry
